Circle Armor operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Circle Armor is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, or phone number provided with the order.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be given access to customer tools offered by third parties. We do not monitor or control those tools.

We provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, representations, conditions, or endorsement. We have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools. Your use is at your own risk, and you should review the third party’s terms.

New features and tools offered through the Services will also be subject to these Terms.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Circle Armor, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Circle Armor.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Circle Armor, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law or another party’s rights, or access to and use of the Services.

We will notify you of an indemnifiable claim. We may control its defense and settlement at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle a claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent, not to be unreasonably withheld. You will cooperate in the defense.
