REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Circle Armor wants you to receive the right product for your application. Before ordering, please review product specifications carefully or contact us with fit and compatibility questions.
Unopened items Unopened products in original manufacturer packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, less any original shipping costs. Contact us before returning any item.
Opened or used items For safety and liability reasons, ballistic armor, plates, carriers, helmets, and soft armor panels that have been opened, worn, or removed from original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with you to replace or refund the item.
Items that cannot be returned
- Any item that has been worn, tested, or used
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Final sale items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
How to start a return Email us at [your contact email] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Do not ship items back without authorization.
Refund processing Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
